All orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post, while international orders are handled by Australia Post’s international network and its counterpart postal services in the destination country.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Australia: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

3.3 Shipping Fees

  • Australia: Free shipping on orders AUD $50+; flat rate of AUD $11.50 for orders below $50.

  • International: Shipping fees vary by destination, starting from AUD $6.60 to $27.20.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Customers receive an email confirmation and tracking number once shipped. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

3.5 Risk & Liability

Once an order has been handed to Australia Post or its international counterparts, The Shopee Corner is not liable for courier delays, losses, or damages that occur in transit.
